After rebuilding the engine the Porsche 908/3 showed that it is a contender for victory in the CER series. In free practice Philipp Brunn set the fastest time on a slightly damp track. In qualifying the 908 secured pole position - ahead of Jankowski / Verdon-Roe (Ligier JS3), Barazi (Porsche 917K) and Rosina / Stretton (Lola T70 MKIIIB). Due to a technical problem the car could not finish the race. At the moment the team is preparing the car for the next CER race at the Nürburgring.
